Uncommon Schools is a nonprofit network of high-performing public charter schools. The Associate, Employee Relations & Talent Strategy role supports employee relations workflows, talent strategy, and day-to-day operations across the organization.

Requirements

• Provide first response support for Employee Relations tickets and cases
• Manage unemployment claims and employment authorization escalations
• Support visa sponsorship processes and escalations
• Maintain accurate Employee Relations data across HR Acuity and other dashboards
• Manage, summarize, and report on exit interviews for staff
