The Office Manager - Communications is responsible for executing various tasks, including serving as the primary contact for constituents, maintaining student information, and planning logistics for school events.

Requirements

• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
• Organized and able to maintain key systems
• Ability to maintain a calm, professional demeanor
• Strong time management skills
• Achieves accuracy and thoroughness when completing a task
• 1 to 3 years of teaching or school administrative office experience
• Spanish-speaking skills strongly preferred
