Job Description
Uncommon Schools is seeking a School Principal to co-lead alongside a Director of Operations. The School Principal is responsible for leading their school in instructional leadership, teacher coaching and evaluation, school culture, and family engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to improving student and teacher growth and achievement, and will be able to provide high leverage feedback and communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of teaching experience
- At least 1 year of experience as an instructional leader
- A Bachelor's degree
