Support the Chief Schools Officer to make strategic use of her time and resources, and provide administrative support for the CSO team. Combine high-quality administrative execution with project management and communications to improve CSO operations and shape school-facing initiatives.
Requirements
- Manage the CSO's calendar and schedule meetings
- Prepare daily CSO briefs and weekly calendars
- Provide administrative support for the CSO team
- Plan and logistics for meetings and events
- Create and maintain strategic trackers and project plans
- Manage and implement the CSO's communication plan
- Help shape a joyful, collaborative staff culture
