Job Description
Underbite Dental Management is seeking a motivated Regional Manager to lead their three high-production practices in Maryland. The role requires operational leadership, proficiency in multi-site operations, and a commitment to exceptional patient care. Requirements
- 3–5+ years managing multi-site dental or healthcare locations (DSO experience strongly preferred)
- Owns P&L outcomes and drives KPIs (production, collections, AR, schedule utilization, treatment acceptance, hygiene capacity, overtime control)
- Expert in staffing and coaching (recruiting, onboarding, performance reviews, corrective action)
- Strong understanding of insurance, billing, and AR workflows
- Champion of compliance (OSHA, HIPAA, sterilization, labor standards, required postings)
- Tech-savvy with Open Dental, Paylocity, Asana, Zoom, and Google Workspace (Docs/Sheets/Forms)
