Bethesda Dental Associates is seeking a motivated and welcoming Dental Front Desk Receptionist. The role involves providing exceptional patient service, ensuring smooth visits, scheduling efficiency, and maintaining a positive office environment in a tech-driven practice. The position is part of an Underbite Dental Management Group and focuses on patient-centered care and specialized expertise.
Requirements
- Schedule: Full-time (Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM-5:30 PM. No weekends.
- Communication & Relationship Building: Ability to make an excellent first impression and provide top-tier customer service.
- Insurance Knowledge: Understanding of PPO, in-network, and out-of-network billing processes.
- Time Management & Organization: Ability to juggle multiple tasks, maintain scheduling efficiency, and support office productivity.
