Job Description
The Programme Analyst will manage the oversight, accountability, and coordination of the programme area of Governance, Human Rights, and Social Inclusion in UNDP Bahrain. The role will contribute to setting the strategic direction of the area and the overarching UNDP Country Office programme, and provide quality policy advice services to the Government and other stakeholders.
Requirements
- Advanced university degree in Economics, International Development, Political Science, Social Science, Social Affairs, Law, International Relations, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in thematic area of Governance, Human Rights, and Social Inclusion
- Experience at the national level in providing policy and substantive advisory services
- Hands-on experience in design, monitoring, and evaluation of development projects
- Strong familiarity with ERP systems, especially in programme management functionalities
- Fluency in English and Arabic
