Job Description
The Syunik Resident Field Coordinator will oversee and coordinate PHOENIX-RESYP Project activities in the Syunik region, ensuring alignment with the Project goal, objectives, and UNDP, EU, and EIB standards. The incumbent will manage the Project team, supervise experts and consultants, oversee financial performance, and maintain productive engagement with national and local partners.
Requirements
- Advanced university degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Economics, Political Sciences, Social Sciences, or related field
- Minimum 2 years (with master's degree) or 4 years (with bachelor's degree) of relevant experience in providing management advisory services and/or design, monitoring, and evaluation of development projects
- Experience in managing Projects, including supervising staff, and using computers, office software packages, and web-based management systems
- Fluency in English and Armenian languages
