Job Description
The job is for an Individual Consultant to conduct a multi-country scoping review on masculinities, GBV prevention, and child, early, and forced marriages and unions (CEFMU) in the Philippines.
Requirements
- University degree, preferably at Masters' level, in the social sciences or related field such as women's studies or gender and development.
- Proven expertise in gender equality, GBV prevention, and social norm change, with a particular focus on engaging men and boys in transformative, rights-based programming.
- Two (2) years' experience of gender integration work with civil society organizations or international NGOs, including qualitative research (interviews and FGDs), capacity building on gender and women's rights
