The Programme Assistant position provides support to officers in the programmes unit, assisting with programme design and implementation, research, and data analysis. The role plays a key part in supporting the programmatic and operational area, assisting with project activities and contributing to technical and operational processes.

Requirements

• Completed Secondary Level Education
• Five (5) years of relevant experience in social sector/programme development
• Knowledge of results-based management, asset and financial management
• Good writing and communication skills
• Proficiency in current office software applications and corporate IT systems
