Senior Project Manager

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
• More than 8 years of experience in IT project management
• PM Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum
• Proficiency in project management tools
• Hands-on experience with all stages of the system development life cycle (SDLC)
• Proven track record of delivering IT projects with cross-functional teams and external vendors
• Solid understanding of payment technologies and financial systems
• Strong leadership, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills
• Analytical thinking and solution-oriented mindset
• Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
