Solutions Architect

Uni Systems is looking for a Solutions Architect to join their UniQue team. The role involves analysis of integration of different information systems, data analysis, and coordination of technical architecture.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in IT with minimum 13 years of professional experience (or Bachelor’s degree with minimum 17 years of experience)
• At least 5 years of experience as a solutions /enterprise architect
• Proven experience in enterprise-level architecture design and governance
• Strong expertise in Java (JEE / Spring ecosystem) and backend system design
• Deep understanding of microservices, distributed systems, and event-driven architectures
• Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and cloud-native design patterns
• Solid understanding of Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and architectural patterns
• Expertise in API design and management (REST, SOAP)
• Strong knowledge of asynchronous communication (Kafka, JMS)
• Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps practices
• Solid understanding of data architecture, relational and NoSQL databases
• Experience with interoperability technologies (web services, message oriented middleware, event architecture) and system integration patterns
• Strong knowledge of security standards (OAuth2, OpenID Connect, TLS, secure APIs)
• Familiarity with gRPC and Protobuf
• Advanced English (C1) communication skills (written and spoken) and French skills (C1) will be considered an asset
