Facilities Director

This is a full-time management role accountable for directing the day-to-day facilities operations of the property, including the shopping center and affiliated business units. The role involves leadership, supervision, training, coaching, and performance evaluations, budgeting, expense control, preventative maintenance program management, and overseeing capital projects.

Requirements

• BA or BS degree or equivalent experience required
• 8+ years’ prior facilities management experience, construction project management, construction supervision, preferably in a complex retail/commercial/hospitality/food and beverage setting
• Professional Designations from BOMA-Institute, Institute for Facilities Management (IFM), Institute for Real Estate Management (IREM) preferred
• Two years of supervisory experience is required
• Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory requirements
