International Graduate Program 2026 (m/w/d)

Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield's International Graduate Program is a one-year fast-track management program for recent graduates and alumni. You will learn business fundamentals, gain international work experience, and build a network while rotating through various Departments in 2 countries.

Requirements

• Master's degree from a top-ranked business school or university
• Analytical/financial capabilities and communication skills
• Entrepreneurial personality, curious nature, and ability to bring in own ideas
• First experience in working or studying abroad and an international career goal
• Fluent command of business-level English and German, and other languages (French, Spanish, Dutch, Swedish, Czech, Polish)
