Process Lead, P2P

We're looking for a talented individual to join our Finance Team as the Process Lead, P2P. The role is part of a P2P organisation of 8 team members in Sweden and the UK, within a wider regional Operational Finance team of 40 colleagues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent
• 2+ years experience in P2P, Accounts Payable, or Procurement process management
• Strong SAP S/4HANA process knowledge; comfortable with system testing, workflow logic, and process configuration
• Advanced Excel skills; data‐driven problem‐solving capabilities.
• Experience in a global, multi‐country, matrixed organisation.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
