Bilingual Executive Assistant to C-level

We are seeking a proactive and well-organized Bilingual Executive Assistant to support administrative and operational activities in a remote environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant to the CEO or in a similar role.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proactive, positive, and solution-oriented attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines independently.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office.
• Comfortable working remotely and managing responsibilities autonomously.
