Safety Specialist (1st & 2nd Shift)

Prince Service & Manufacturing is looking for a Safety Specialist to ensure a safe work environment and full compliance with OSHA regulations and internal safety policies. The role involves hands-on safety leadership through workplace inspections, hazard identification, incident response, and training coordination.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of workplace safety programs, hazard identification, incident investigations, and OSHA compliance
• Ability to interpret safety regulations and conduct inspections, training, and presentations
• Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills across all employee levels
• Strong organizational, documentation, and follow-through abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and electronic reporting systems
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently or on a team
• 2–5 years of safety experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Experience with safety inspections, incident investigations, employee training, and audit support
