Recreation Specialist - Parks and Recreation Department

The Recreation Specialist coordinates and presents specialized recreation programs and activities at an assigned recreation facility. This includes planning, implementing, and evaluating programs, supervising events, and interacting with community groups.

Requirements

• Associate degree in Leisure Services, Recreation Administration, or related field
• One year of related recreation work experience
• Ability to maintain a professional demeanor
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
