Summer Laborer-Parks and Recreation

The Summer Employment Program is a 7 to 17 week program that begins on May 9, 2026, and involves mowing and maintenance of parks, vacant lots, and other properties.

Requirements

• Must be a minimum of 16 years of age
• Pass a post-offer physical examination and drug screen
• Submit proof of identity and employment eligibility
• Be a resident of Wyandotte county or willing to relocate within 12 months
