Applications Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Applications Engineer to support our manufacturing operation, with a focus on evaluating production methods, creating & optimizing machine programs, and implementing process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
• 3+ years of experience in applications engineering, manufacturing engineering, or CNC programming.
• Proficiency in CAD/CAM software, CNC machine programming, and sheet metal fabrication processes.
• Strong knowledge of tooling selection, material behavior, and machine setup for laser cutting, punching, and press brake operations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a hands-on, collaborative approach.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
