Job Description
The Distribution Center Operations Manager is responsible for planning, execution, and continuous improvement of all Inbound and Outbound operations, ensuring accurate, timely, and cost-effective fulfillment of customer orders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration.
- 5-10 years of management experience.
- Experience leading a multi-department Distribution Operation preferred.
- Manhattan SCALE WMS preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills to motivate and direct the activities of others.
- Analytical skills to plan using forecasting and identify trends in data.
- Strong Computer Aptitude including proficient use of Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent supervisory and communication skills, including written, oral, and presentation.
- Strong project and time management skills.
