Job Description
We are hiring a Controller to build the AI-Native Finance Function from Scratch at Unify. The role involves migrating to an AI-Native ERP, achieving zero-day close, driving company decisions with reporting, and managing billing operations.
Requirements
- Active CPA license required
- 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally starting at a Big 4 or top-tier public accounting firm, with meaningful time in SaaS
- Passion for next-gen AI tooling in the Accounting and Finance space
- Experience building finance infrastructure that scales with technology, not people
- You've personally managed a US GAAP audit end-to-end — not just participated, but owned it.
- You've led or played a central role in migrating off QuickBooks to a full ERP.
- Experience with AI-native ERPs like Rillet, Campfire, etc.
- Experience with usage-based or consumption billing models
- Experience setting up Finance Data infrastructure (ex: structured financial data in warehouse, MCP access to financial tools)
