Engineering Manager

Unify is building the first system-of-action for go-to-market teams, starting with an end-to-end platform powering warm outbound. We're looking for an Engineering Manager to lead one of our core product pods and help set the foundation for how we scale our engineering org.

Requirements

• 6+ years of engineering experience
• 3+ years of engineering management in fast-moving environments
• Strong technical leadership skills
• Ability to lead high-performing teams
• Experience building and leading teams at early-stage startups
