Unify is redefining go-to-market with state-of-the-art AI. As our first Backend Staff Software Engineer, you'll scale our core platform to support hyper growth, partner with founders to take brand-new product ideas from zero to one, and establish engineering standards that will scale with the company.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional software-engineering experience
- 3+ years leading critical projects or teams
- Deep, hands-on expertise scaling and operating PostgreSQL
- Proven track record of shipping high-impact, production-grade systems at scale
- Collaborative, low-ego attitude with a history of mentoring engineers
- Desire to work in a fast-paced environment, continuously grow, and master your craft
