Business Development Manager (PBSA/BTR - Central and South)

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team in the West Midlands to help scale our presence in the Purpose Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) and Build to Rent (BTR) sectors. The role will cover Central and South, including London, Birmingham, Bristol, and Cardiff, and will involve identifying opportunities, winning new partners, and managing relationships end to end through onboarding, performance, and renewal. The successful candidate will have proven experience in a field-based sales or business development role, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to build rapport quickly and develop long-term relationships.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a field-based sales or business development role
• Experience within PBSA, BTR, student accommodation or property portal sales is highly desirable
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Comfortable with frequent travel, long drives and managing a national territory
• Self-motivated, target driven and resilient
• Ability to build rapport quickly and develop long-term relationships
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
