Financial Controller

Financial Controller role responsible for leading and developing a finance team, with a focus on financial control, reporting, and business partnering. The role requires a qualified accountant with experience in managing finance operations, leading a team, and overseeing core finance systems. The ideal candidate will have strong commercial judgement, stakeholder management skills, and experience in finance transformation.

Requirements

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA)
• Experience operating as a Financial Controller or equivalent senior operational finance lead
• Proven track record of owning and delivering day to day finance operations
• Significant experience leading a multi-layered finance team
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Commercial judgement and confidence to take ownership and make decisions
