Job Description
We're looking for a Head of B2C Sales to lead and grow our consumer sales and retentions function. This role combines strategic ownership with hands-on leadership, and you'll have full responsibility for the B2C sales and retentions function, including setting direction, improving performance, and directly line managing the team.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading a B2C sales team in a high-volume or consumer-focused environment.
- Strong coaching and people-management capability.
- Commercially minded, with experience owning or contributing to revenue targets.
- Confident working cross-functionally and influencing wider teams.
