Junior Data Analyst (Temp June-Sept 26)

UniHomes is looking for a Junior Data Analyst to join the Data team on a temporary basis and help with analytical projects that improve how we understand utility consumption, pricing assumptions, and property-level performance. The role is a hands-on analytical position with real visibility, working on a defined set of self-contained projects with pre-prepared datasets and senior validation of every output.

Requirements

• Recent graduate or penultimate/final-year undergraduate in a quantitative discipline
• Confident with Excel or Sheets; exposure to SQL or Python is desirable
• Comfortable testing relationships in structured data and presenting findings clearly
• Strong attention to detail and a habit of documenting what you've done and why
• Curious, organised and willing to ask questions when something doesn't look right
