Requirements
- Proven experience in telesales or inside sales role, ideally within property, student accommodation, PBSA/BTR, or related sector
- Proven ability to manage high call volumes and convert leads into bookings
- Natural rapport builder with strong influencing and closing skills
- Resilient and confident in handling rejection and maintaining motivation
- Proficient in Salesforce and other CRM systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
