The Executive Assistant plays a crucial role in enhancing the efficiency of Unilabs' senior management team by providing high-level administrative support, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and ensuring seamless communication both internally and externally.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
