Legal & Compliance Officer - Netherlands

Unilabs is seeking a commercially driven and analytically strong Senior Legal Officer to support its operations in the Netherlands within a leading international healthcare and diagnostics group.

Requirements

• Master of Laws (LL.M. or equivalent Dutch law degree)
• Minimum 6–8 years of relevant professional experience
• Strong experience in commercial contracting and negotiations
• Solid understanding of healthcare regulation, clinical compliance and/or medical law
• Knowledge of data protection (GDPR) is a strong advantage
• Experience interacting with regulatory authorities is a plus
