The Station Supervisor is responsible for managing workshop operations, ensuring production targets are met, and maintaining regulatory adherence. This role plays a key part in maintaining operational efficiency, workforce management, and regulatory adherence.
Requirements
- 2 year post-secondary diploma in aeronautics, general engineering, mechanics and/or industrial production, and/or equivalent qualifications
- Forklift experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of aircraft components maintenance and aviation regulations
- Supervisory experience
- Experience in inventory management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-activity environment while managing operational stress
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of industry best practices and aviation regulations
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to facilitate training sessions and lead teams effectively
- Ability to perform tasks that may involve physical activity
- Ability to read and interpret technical publications and drawings
