Requirements
- Active Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Dental License
- Active DEA Number at UCC
- Dental Degree (D.D.S. or D.M.D.) from Accredited Dental School
- Successful completion of UCC's credentialing process
- Participation in all insurance plans that UCC accepts
- English proficiency required
