Job Description
The Design Coordinator will support prospective buyers in providing design center support, build rapport, and assist with making selections to customize their home.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Prior design related experience with a home builder a plus
- Brix experience a plus
- Excellent customer service skills
- Detail oriented, self-disciplined, and organized with focus on excellent follow-up
- Willingness to learn and adapt
- Ability to deal with conflict & set expectations
- Great listening skills and creative problem solving with the ability to provide a solution
- Must be a team-player with an enthusiastic attitude
- Effective communication skills and a sense of urgency
- Good time management skills
