Job Description
Achieve and exceed sales goals, meet with prospective buyers, and determine their needs and interests to convert community traffic to sales. Maintain a working knowledge of competition and effectively communicate home features and options to customers.
Requirements
- 2+ years' history of high sales performance in new or existing home sales
- Entrepreneurial and customer-focused mindset
- Strong demonstration of sales techniques and quality customer service
- Computer proficiency (Brix and other office business software preferred)
