Visual Supervisor in Training

The Visual Supervisor in Training provides merchant muscle to create impactful visual displays and product merchandising that maintain brand integrity while delivering on our promise to exceed customers’ expectations.

Requirements

• Proven ability to drive sales though merchandising and product display, preferably at a high volume apparel retailer
• Ability to create and direct visual merchandising displays, while managing priorities and executing initiatives
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to lead teams and create strong partnerships
• Ability to train and develop a team
• Leads by example and maintains a hands-on approach
