Production Assistant

Unique Landscaping is seeking a Production Assistant to support owner operations, including overseeing crew tasks, overseeing logistical operations (loading/unloading), ensuring safety protocols are followed, assisting with new installations, and ensuring accurate record-keeping. This role focuses on the smooth and efficient running of landscaping projects.

Requirements

• Irrigation Technician License issued by the TCEQ preferred
• Ability to pass Unique Landscaping’s hiring requirements
• Prior Foreman or supervisory experience required
• Sound judgment and creative problem-solving skills
• Attention to details, high energy, and learning skills
• Ability and willingness to become proficient with landscaping construction equipment
• Ability to work outdoors in extreme environments and lift objects weighing 50-80 pounds.
