Account Manager

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing long-term relationships with clients, communicating with current clients to resolve questions or concerns, and negotiating contracts to maximize profits.

Requirements

• Communicate with current clients to manage and resolve any questions or concerns.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
• Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
• Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g quarterly sales results and annual forecast)
• Prepare reports on account status.
• Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory.
• Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
