Functional Business Analyst with 10+ years of experience in delivering finance-related projects, proficient in data management and financial systems, with strong communication and stakeholders engagement skills.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in business analysis
• Proficient in data management and financial systems
• Must have worked in local or foreign banks
• Must have implemented full end-to-end projects for finance applications (e.g. SAP ERP, Enterprise Budget, Financial Consolidation, Regulatory Reporting)
• Able to perform impact assessment, detailed data analysis and data profiling
• Able to facilitate and drive workshop discussions with business and tech teams
• Strong communication skills, including preparing high-quality presentation slides to senior management
• Strong stakeholders engagement skills
• Self-driven and proactive
• Adaptive to different areas in the data and finance space, open to learning new Gen AI technology
