We are seeking an experienced L3 / SME Production Support Engineer with strong expertise in AS400 systems, Workday, and payment processing support.
Requirements
- Provide L3 production support for business-critical applications on AS400 and Workday platforms
- Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for resolving payment-related issues and failures
- Monitor production systems and ensure high availability and performance
- Handle incident, problem, and change management processes
- Collaborate with L1/L2 support, development, and business teams for issue resolution
- Support batch jobs, job scheduling, and system integrations on AS400
- Work on data fixes, reconciliation, and validation for payment transactions
- Participate in on-call support and escalation handling
- Prepare incident reports, RCA documents, and knowledge base articles
