Director of Structured Products & Investment Strategy

Director of Structured Products & Investment Strategy role at Unison, responsible for designing, structuring, and launching new investment products across residential real estate credit markets.

Requirements

• 8–10+ years of professional experience in financial services, with a strong background in structured credit, investment management, or fixed income markets.
• Hands-on experience as a Portfolio Manager, Trader, or Investment Product Lead with exposure to ABS, RMBS, or CMBS.
• Proven ability to design, structure, and launch institutional or retail investment products.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field required; MBA or CFA preferred.
