Requirements

• Proven experience leading an enterprise portfolio or Project Management Office in a complex organisation
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management capability, with the ability to coach and influence at senior levels
• Experience enabling modern delivery practices, governance and portfolio planning cadences
• Sound financial and commercial acumen, including oversight of budgets and forecasting
• Strong communication, analytical and systems thinking skills
• A result focused, accountable and outcome driven mindset
