Associate Principal Cybersecurity Analyst – IAM (SailPoint ISC – SaaS)

The Associate Principal Cybersecurity Analyst – IAM will serve as a senior engineering and architecture lead within the Identity & Access Management (IAM) function, requiring a strong engineering background, deep hands-on expertise in SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC – SaaS), and ability to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable, secure IAM architectures.

Requirements

• Strong engineering background with deep understanding of IAM architecture principles.
• 10+ years of overall IT/Cybersecurity experience with at least 6–8 years in IAM.
• Proven hands-on experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC – SaaS).
• Strong experience in requirements gathering and translating business needs into technical architecture.
• Ability to design IAM solutions and confidently present to business stakeholders.
• Experience integrating IAM solutions with enterprise applications (Cloud & Hybrid environments).
• Strong understanding of authentication, authorization, RBAC, identity lifecycle management, and governance.
• Knowledge of API-based integrations and automation scripting (PowerShell/Python – preferred).
