Job Description
As a German-Speaking Customer Service Representative, you will troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, provide guidance to clients, and work collaboratively with colleagues to identify service solutions. You will be part of a diverse and ethical company culture, with opportunities for career development and growth.
Requirements
- Fluent English language skills
- Native/close to native language skills in German (support language)
- Experience in telephone technical support or any customer service related field is an advantage
- Considerable familiarity with MS Office Suite particularly and the Windows environment in general
- Attention to details and analytical mind-set
- Ability to work on multiple and/or similar activities simultaneously
- Outstanding team player attitude
