Job Description
Join Unisys as a German-speaking L2 Service Desk Agent and provide high-quality IT support to global clients. You will handle complex technical issues, work in an international environment, and contribute to service improvement.
Requirements
- Provide 2nd level technical support via phone and ticketing systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve software, hardware, and network-related issues
- Communicate clearly with customers, keeping them informed throughout the process
