Unisys is seeking a Senior Technical Service Desk agent to provide 1st level IT support, lead, mentor, and train service desk staff, and resolve customer requests in a fast, efficient, and friendly manner. The role requires active NV1 Security Clearance and the ability to obtain NV2 Security Clearance. Candidates must be an Australian Citizen with 1 year of IT Service desk experience and a relevant certificate course in Information Technology.
