Job Description
The Senior Accountant-Payroll ensures accurate, timely payroll processing and supports various Accounting functions. Partners with People Ops and Finance to support compliant processing, tax reporting, and audit readiness, while driving process improvements and strengthening controls.
Requirements
- BA/BS in Finance or Accountancy or related field is preferred
- At least 5 years of accounting experience with direct experience in Payroll (required), and preferably in General Ledger, Accounts Payable and Ramp (T&E)
- Experience with Google G Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, expert in Excel
- Experience with Payroll Systems, preferably working with ADP as 3rd party payment platform
- Experience with using ERP software, preferably NetSuite
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
