Draftsman

We are a standard, licensed, and registered system integrator company located in Abu Dhabi & Dubai. We are looking for a Draftsman to prepare, update, and maintain accurate technical drawings and layouts related to building structures, MEP systems, and facilities assets.

Requirements

• High School, Diploma, or Certificate in Civil, Architectural, or MEP Drafting, or related technical field
• Minimum 0–1 year of experience as a Draughtsman in facilities management, property maintenance, or construction
• Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit or similar software is an advantage
• Strong understanding of MEP, civil, and architectural drawings
• Ability to interpret technical specifications and prepare clear, accurate drawings
• Skilled in as-built drawing preparation, space planning, and facility layouts
• Strong documentation, revision control, and organizational skills
• Able to coordinate with engineers, maintenance teams, and contractors for site measurements and layout updates
• Detail-oriented, with accountability, adaptability, and a result-oriented mindset
