Job Description
Royal International Construction is hiring a Quantity Surveyor for a new project in Dubai. The role involves managing post-contract activities including BOQ preparation, interim payments, variations, claims, and cost control.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years’ post-contract QS experience in construction.
- Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts (preferred).
- Excellent analytical, communication, and cost management skills.
- Proficient in QS software and MS Office (Excel, Project).
