Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or front office role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent command of English
• Familiarity with telephone switchboard systems and scheduling tools
• Strong customer service, interpersonal, and organizational skills
